The Securities and Exchange
Commission of Pakistan had formulated new
rules relating to Corporate Governance and
Financial Reporting System. Under these rules
the Company has complied substantially with
its covenants. The Company has already instituted
sound internal control policies and its operations
are being reviewed in detail on a continuous
basis. The Board of Directors is playing a
proactive role in ensuring that the Code is
followed in a real and practical manner.
